Phantom Thief Jade

The handsome, enigmatic, charismatic and jovial gentleman thief of our story, donning a characteristic silk hat, and cloak. The Mysterious Phantom Thief Jade has been plaguing the home belonging to the Chairman of Hakuou Academy for the last half a year, stealing only treasures containing his namesake. Because each of his thefts are marked by a flamboyantly entertaining performance, he has become quite well known around the academy, even gaining quite a large fanbase of admirers, yet no one has actually seen him up close in person.

He tends to appear quite flashy, conceited, and doesn't seem to take things too seriously, despite being the resident cat-burglar. Though not much is known about him, what is known, is that he lives up to his creed; that there is nothing that cannot be stolen by him, and yes... even 'that'.
