She wears a cloak with an apron and underwear underneath. It's her ingenious way of catching her opponents off guard and disorient them like a kunoichi (whether machines can understand this is another thing). While her job is espionage, you can't help but wonder if she's just an exhibitionist.

The protagonist has done a lot of in-depth research on her and is wondering if she has some sort of mental illness, or if her breasts really can fit underneath those clothes.

She is also the teacher of the protagonist, Miyuki, and Koume, teaching them a variety of things and what to study..
