After the death of the original Saya, the UFS collected data and DNA fragments.
Saya Neo is the recreated and strongly modified end product of UFS research and experiment. She is a demon far less insane than her original and seen as a completed version.

Saya Neo would serve under an unnamed UFS group, until she got lost in the dark cities. She later joined the DSO after her recovery, and follows the orders of Koukawa Oboro and Koukawa Asuka, in TABA and RPGX. Saya Neo may not exist within the original timeline.
