Dominion's Miko

A member of the radical religious organisation Dominion. Her true identity and motives are completely unknown. She first appeared in her angel-like Simulacrum during Kou's school days, interfering in an Arena fight. Though she should be a natural enemy of Kou, she appears to be avoiding direct conflict with him.

She pilots the Simulacrum "Neige-Aile".
