Tanaka Kanata

Kanata is in her second year of high school. Due to her father working away from home, she lives with just her mother. Half a year ago, her grandmother passed away, leaving her mansion unoccupied. Deciding that it "would be sad and a waste" if nobody lived in it, Kanata decides moves into the mansion to live alone. She is generally cheerful, energetic and optimistic, but sometimes she finds herself feeling blue and lonely. Kanata excels at home economics, but struggles with studying overall.

Admiring the love story between her grandparents since she was little, she believes that she too, will one day find her "prince". Even though she is considered cute, she is still single and has never had a boyfriend. Of course, Kanata is still a virgin.
