A nurse at the hospital where the protagonist's friend is hospitalized.

Although she graduate from nursing school with top grades, she has a friendly and humble personality.
She's a bit of a headstrong person, and will not be intimidated by men or her superiors when she speaks her mind.
She is trusted by those around her and is referred to as a 'Shadow Matron'.
Due to going to an all-girls school, she is not familiar with the opposite sex.

Aya is concerned about her lack of femininity. She's similar to Akemi, and the protagonist wants to taste her body as well.
