Galene

A Mermaid who serves as an attendant to the matriarch in the town of Aqulah.

Her fellow attendants Ploto and Doris are her half sisters, with Galene being the youngest. She is the same age as Meltyna, and since they were little, Meltyna has been dragging her into trouble. Because of this, Galene is the most vocal when scolding Meltyna's actions, but she is also her best friend and understands her better than anyone.

She is very skilled at song and dance, and her boyish short hair is her most attractive feature.
Because the Mermaid race has many voluptuous members, she's incredibly self-conscious about her flat chest, a trait which is quite rare among mermaids.
