The matriarch of the Mermaids, a race whose population has been whittled down by the other races who trampled over them. Among the living mermaids, she is the only one approaching 300 years old, and her height is approximately the same as Yukikaze in her dragon form.

Although many Mermaids have the power of the "Holy Song," she is the only one with the title of "Diva," which is only given to the Mermaid with the most divine voice. The possession of this title makes her the leader. There are rumors that say she has a cult-like popularity among some men because of a certain physical trait of hers.
