Saeki Akira

The protagonist of the story and Yumi's nephew. He refers to himself using "boku".

His father is working abroad and his mother is taking care of her father, so he is left in the care of Yumi and her daughter. He is an only child.

He is mild-mannered and shy and unware that he looks pretty. He does whatever the girls tell him to do resulting in the creation of a "secret game"

While shy he is not an introvert. He is intelligent, likes games and has friends. He's not particularly good at sports.

He's interested in the opposite sex but too shy to do anything about it. His embarrassment and single track mind regarding sex is found to be cute and is enough to attract girls.
