A genius military strategist who lived like a hermit in Kei Shuu.
He was not interested in war and tried to stay away from humans, but when he heard that the Maozoku came to Ke Shuu, he decided to lend his strength to them. He is often at odds with Kan'U because of his ruthless judgment and his ability to reason things through. He is a cold-hearted person, and it is a mystery why he lends his power to the Maozoku.
