The protagonist's childhood friend.

Kintarou holds special feelings toward Fukujurou.
"Everything is all for the customers!" is his motto as the bath house receptionist's apprentice.
Although he sometimes messes things up, he's a devoted employee at Fukujurou. He struggles and works hard to become a respectable receptionist.
