Kyougetsu Sakuya

A refined lady and a member of the Kyougetsu clan. This clan is famous for its members' ability to bring misfortunes. They have a big distortion and have a phenomenon of "Reverse Wind". "Reverse Wind" means that if one member of the clan brings a misfortune, the other one will die from the misfortune. She lives in a village which cannot be left easily due to the barrier of Mikado with her brother, Kyougetsu Keishirou. She has the highest known distortion level in the entire Shinshuu. Because of how feared she was, she spent most of her time at home, and her life would have been a lot more dull if she hadn't had her caring brother.

Actually, when Sakuya was a child, Keishirou was made to take care of her because other members of the clan feared her. He reasoned that if he needed to communicate with her frequently, it would be best to keep it casual. They've become closer over time.

Sakuya persuaded her brother to take her on the Eastern Expedition. The reason for this was not just a wish to walk freely, but also a desire to discover the source of the curse that bound the Kyougetsu clan—the garden of the bloody red roses that appear in their dreams.

She is a lovely, reserved, kind lady. Unlike her brother, she speaks her mind frankly.

Her love for her brother was very intense, but it was also a very twisted love. Sakuya was only concerned with Keishirou and thought that she herself was not necessary. She wanted to bind herself to him as much as possible. Normal acts were not enough for her—her desire was to be eaten by her brother in order to become a force, supporting him, ensuring that they would never be separated, even if they couldn't touch. This love was twisted to the point of being a curse.It has only escalated since they returned from the Eastern Expedition with triumph. She became completely attached to the Kyougetsu village and believed that she would never be able to live anywhere else. A field of bloody red roses, a place of curse, binding the clan, has become her favorite spot. The nature of her personal curse was Helga Ehrenburg, who resided inside of her. The fact that she had become pregnant with a Keishirou's child was decisive in breaking it.
