Once a delinquent student at the Academy, she dropped out and ended up settling down in the entertainment district.
She holds abundant connections and offers the (completely unlicensed) get-rich-quick type of work to OutCasts.
She stays so true to her creed of "live free and have fun" that everyone around her, herself included, recognizes her as a failure of a human being.
The high income she receives (with little effort) for her work mediation only encourages this self-indulgence.
She loses interest in things just as quickly as she gains it, and will invest a great deal into a hobby only to abandon it the next day.
