Mutsumi Yuuji

A commander of BURST (the Bureau of Unregistered magic Regulation and Suppressive Tactics), which was established to deal with magic crimes.
He's quite serious and rather hot-blooded when it comes to his job, and spends all day and night working on cases.
He's harsh with Haruto when his son is reckless, but he displays a gentle, fatherly side when the two of them play catch together.
He has several faults however, including being careless with housework and always returning home late from his job.
