Tokugawa Takurou

The serious friend of the MC. He can't leave people in trouble alone, and always tries to help. However, he secretly want the girls surrounding the protagonist.
Because of his position as a student council member, he knows the other heroine to a certain extent and is sympathetic to the MC due to being aware of how bad Miya and Mari are.
He helps the main characters to get to class on time.
