3rd-year student of Ryuusei Academy. She is member of wagashi club and also a former student council member. Ria serves as an adviser to the student council due to her past experience as the student council president. Ria is a clumsy and soft-spoken senpai who care for the other. She also admires Maou. She has an older sister named Herena.

In battle, Ria uses Light-Based attacks and has one of the slowest attack speeds in the game. To make up for this shortcoming, she also has one of the fastest charge speeds. Her support is also average, and her extra attacks have good defensive properties that suit her well.
