Scheer Bismarck

She was born in Japan, but is actually German by blood.
Currently living in the dorms. She can hardly speak German, only able to make greetings.

Tends to be misunderstood as a Samurai tone. There's a rumor that she tries to live her daily life on a strict second-by-second schedule. Belongs to the kendo club (Because there's no fencing club.)
