Nekotama Rui

The "good-for-nothing" principal of the school. Both her and Fumiko are the same age and graduated together from Pochitama. Always surrounded by her three cats Kaia, Oruteka, and Morta, she does nothing but lazying around in the principals office, eating fast food, and being scolded by Fumiko. The only thing she dislikes more than working is being treated like a child.
