Rohan is a young phantom thief with a wide range of talents. She has a very high IQ and was trained at thieving from a young age.

She has more nicknames and terms of endearment than anyone for Tomoki: "Tomo", "Nikaido-kun", "Nikaido Tomoki-kun" "Tomoki-kun and "Tomochin".

She is not immune to the opposite sex, and not good at naughty talk.
