Otoe Tomokiyo

Tomokiyo is a private first class in the specialized "Golden Squad" of the Self Defense Army. Some people call him the "Human Sonar" and his body generates a faint magnetic field, which he can use to sense the movement of nearby ghosts. He's also skilled with a bayonet and favors a wood-stock gun with an extended barrel. Apparently he made his own Self Defense Army uniform by hand. Beyond that, he tends to give people the impression of an unconcerned, carefree young man.
