He is proficient in wielding a sword and serves as an assistant instructor at the dojo. Even without a lord to serve, he does not neglect his training. He is an honest warrior.

His actual identity is Mitsurugi (ミツルギ), a human-shaped magical weapon created by Himi no Mikoto at the sacrifice of 888 miko just before the final battle with Ko no Kuni (胡ノ国). Another identity is named Ame no Mitsurugi (天御剣), which is one of the Three Artifacts.
