Cheerful, sociable, and having lots of friends, Hare is the student council president. Seen as candid and reliable, she's good at dealing with things and is at the ready when called on.

Although attracted by Seira, who progresses forward and faces things head on, Hare does worry about her, but thanks to the time she's spent with Seira, they both were able to throw their feelings at each other, making their true intentions heard.

Hare does the big jobs of the student council (and lets Seira handle the minor stuff).
