A pretty, almost princess-like girl and Shinonome's lover living in the Kunai Organization Central Branch's village with her uncle. She is tasked with handling all sorts of supporting tasks for the organization because her frail body isn't well suited for fighting.

Ruka's true identity is Mirukashi Hime, The chieftain of Mirukashi clan, one of the Tsuchigumo people who face discrimination and have been segregated from the rest of the society because of their Ayakashi ancestry. She works for Tsuchimikado who has forced her to commit horrendous acts such as torture and genocide.
