Succeeding her late father’s will, this young Ohitoyo mayor and president of the Ohitoyo Railway leads the movement against the building of the aerocraft factory. She is also the engineer for the Kiha-07s train and is close to the Raillord for said train, Reina. She loves railways and can’t stop talking about them when given the chance. Her sense of responsibility and integrity is profound to the point of abatement, sometimes crushing her under its weight. But with Reina’s easygoing personality, she is able to maintain her sanity. She feels that Soutetsu can be relied upon, but she tries not to do so. Due to her natural proclivities, she is regularly taken advantage of.
