Being the same form of existence as Neco-Arc, he's mostly talking nonsense and breaking the fourth wall. When not psycho, he acts polite and smokes a cigarette. Neco-Arc Chaos is obviously a parody of Nrvnqsr Chaos, and he has similar ability to create the animals from his own body.
