Hanazono Tsubaki

Kikyou's younger twin sister and the person who Yuria met after being arrested for breaking the Law Against Sexual Misconduct. She is a sadistic bisexual, and despite dressing up in a military uniform, she is not a military otaku, so why she dresses up like that is a huge mystery.

Tsubaki is one of the teachers at the young women's course, and her main job is to sexually train the heroines. Her training technique can be quite brutal, ignoring the target's personality and human rights completely. However, compared to her sister Tsubaki can be surprisingly caring at times, and makes sure to not break the heroines in the process.
