Ibuka Masaya

He is a former engineer who worked at Soichiro Honma Electronics, commonly known as SHE. He is the head of the third research lab, a top-notch programmer and a genius hacker. He fled because he hated SHE's involvement in the arms industry.

Currently he works at a company founded by his childhood friend Juri, and his main job is deciphering special data used to make sex toys. He is basically a good person and has a good eye for others, but sometimes he will say something bad without thinking. Depending on how he's feeling, he can become a really bad person, so he gets really carried away when using sex toys.
