Kibanohara Hokoyasu

Major General in the Tokyo Military Police. Head of the Public Order Bureau. Father to Kibanohara Ethica.

Originally the leader of the Close Quarters Armed Martial Arts Training Unit, where he contributed greatly to both the development of the Ex-Brain and the refinement of CQAMA as a fighting style.

Fell deeply in love with Nagaoka Takeyuki. After Takeyuki's death, he extracted genetic information from his corpse and combined it with his own, creating a fertilized egg which Aso Yukari raised in her womb. Thus Kibanohara Ethica was born.

Said to wear an iron mask, as his face never betrays even the slightest hint of emotion.
