A first-year student and the current student council secretary of the west tower. A foreign exchange student from USA, her power is to turn her magic into iron. However, her goal is to become a better martial artist instead of a magician.

She looks down on weaker opponents and is always looking for stronger ones, also likes to run away from her responsibilities, which annoys the other members of the student council. Melissa is always aiming for a higher position: for example, when she was not chosen to be the new president by Sharifa, she got really mad for getting to be in such a "low position". Gets most of her energy from hot and corn dogs.
