Hiiragi Marina

The student council president who is childhood friends with Yui and Nanoha. She is easily pushed around and given chores the other members of the student council don't want to do. She is the daughter of the Hiiragi General Hospital's executive, who happens to be her mother. She wishes to inherit her position so her position in the Hiiragi family won't get any worse (she remarried and now she's looked down on by the rest of the family).
