Kagurazaka Hibiki

The knowledgeable orator. Though he is not a man originally from the island, after the calamity in Koukashi one year ago, Hibiki became the leader of the Kouka Youth League that protects the island and endeared himself to the people. He has become someone whom the citizens rely upon.
