Minazuki Hikaru

The head of the public morals committee, who looks down on the MC and his friends for their many misbehavior. She is stubborn and she hates to lose.
She is often violent with others, and despite her tomboyish nature, she has a girly side, like being afraid of horror movies.
The MC's lustful behavior is disruptive to public morals, but she doesn't know what to do to her lack of sexual knowledge. She consults the nurse for advice, but all she gets is lies so she ends up blundering.
