Mei

A young mechanic who serves as the First Unit's ParaMail management team's leader. Despite her young appearance, Mei is very knowledgeable about machines and ParaMails in general. She claims to be able to somewhat understand the feelings the ParaMail's pilot when she does maintenance on them.
