Arimura is not only politically adept but also brilliant in both strategy and tactics, and as a result, has many enemies.
However, her true achievement lies in her terrifying genius as a developer — the very talent that brought Walking Weapons to completion.
Because of this, there are rumours that she is, in some way, lacking as a person.

At times she shows neither smile nor anger, and at other times she speaks with a warmth far greater than necessary — two sides that are always intertwined.
Including indirect connections, she has known the protagonist for a long time, and acknowledges his abilities as a soldier.
