Heir apparent of the Mouri Family, one of the Rokukyō.
If the Uesugi are known for military strength, the Mouri are renowned for diplomacy.
She serves as Chief of Staff of the Rapid Response Modernization Brigade and as captain of the experimental anti-metal airship Amanami.

By the nature of her duties, she sometimes becomes a confidant for the protagonist.
She is a mature figure, able to converse at her rank without pretension or malice.
Fully aware of the Mouri Family’s policy of prioritizing self-preservation, she acts with that principle in mind.

Her original unit, the Mouri Imperial Guard Division, was half-destroyed in the war against the Great Empire of Ivan three years earlier.
Since then, she has served under Arimura, conducting combat trials of the airship.
