Shinonome Kazuki

His real name is Kazuki Tsukamoto, the son of former Prime Minister Moritaka Tsukamoto.

His father was killed by the current Prime Minister Kozo Takaida, and he was put in solitary confinement for the crime. However, thanks to his talented right-hand man Saki, he was released due to insufficient evidence.
