A second year at Ichisakura Academy, Sumika is a young woman with a strong sense of justice and morals.
She has no interest in men, which piqued the protagonist's interest.
She is not entirely against having a love life, however.
Sumika's mission to protect the public morals of the school often clouds her overall sense of judgement.
She is a respected member of the student council, and is usually its voice of reason.
