Adashino Hachirou

A rickshaw puller, who calls himself Adashino. He does not stop in one town. Pulling his rickshaw, he appears everywhere Inami goes.

Is this merely a coincidence? Or, perhaps, Adashino acts based on some sort of calculations? In any case, he only dodges the suspicions with a faint smile.
