Sein Kunisada

Sein is the boss of the LWC, and he portrays himself as a real gentleman. He lost his wife in "a certain indident" when his son, Rion, was young, and they have had an awkward relationship since then, not talking to each other much. Even so, he still worries about his son because of his reckless and selfish behavior.
