Based on Charlemagne (also known as Charles the Great), was King of the Franks who united most of Western Europe during the Middle Ages and laid the foundations for modern France and Germany.

A hero of European Union who flies across Europe as an independent guerilla force to crush small riots and end conflicts. Very serious, often compared to an army general.
