Fushiki Izui

A 3rd year high school student who wins a lottery and becomes a billionaire. He builds a private school where he's both the headmaster and the student council president. Even though he's bossy, egoistic and has a harsh demeanor, he's still well-liked among the students.

Although it may not seem like it, he cares about Pochi a lot. He just acts like a schoolboy picking on his childhood crush.
