The commander of Greyhill Fortress, known to be Stomgard's strongest defensive fortification. Daedalus is an ex-Royal Guard who has lost his position due to Hymns' devises, and for this he seeks revenge. He was Vanessa's commanding officer when she was still a trainee. Vanessa has romantic feelings for him.
