Lilya Martel

Lilya is in her early twenties, disillusioned, and sporadically attending a community college. Two years ago, she dropped out of an ivy league computer science program, and has been drifting, aimless, ever since. Cautious and untrusting, Lilya manages her tendency for social anxiety by spending most of her time online, in virtual reality.

In the popular virtual reality MMO Full Realms, Lilya is “Lillight,” a badass, ultra high-level lightning mage. Her MMO buddies are her closest friends, although she’s never met them irl.
