Michiru

The leader of a religious cult called "Taiyou" ("The Order of the Sun" in English version) inside the Jail which claims that "Some day, the Sun God will burn down the ceiling and we'll be able to leave this place." While she is known by the name of "Oohime" in the cult, she still calls herself by her real name, Michiru. She always talks mysteriously, like a real divine being.
