Micheju

A Leone hailing from the far north of the continent, she is orphaned at a young age and travels south. She is saved by Iol and they live together as family as she tries to find permanent employment to sustain their wandering lifestyles. Although she is innately talented in ice magic (specifically the spontaneous creation of miniature snowmen), she is no more than an apprentice mage at the start of the story and has trouble securing jobs beyond part-time work as prospective employers judge her by her appearance and dismiss her without giving her a fair chance.

Micheju's dream is to earn enough money to enrich the lives of Iol and herself. As the story progresses she also dreams of obtaining a job as a court mage through her magic abilities.

Fia takes an instant liking to Micheju's appearance and frequently caresses her tail and ears (usually without Micheju's permission).
