Sawai Miaki

A robot who lived with Professor Takuma Sawa's family. She became a prototype of the Mifuyu model. In Japanese, "mi+aki" means "beautiful autumn." Since Professor and his wife were awfully busy all the time, they entrusted taking care of their daughter, Maya, to Miaki. Maya loved her like her own sister, and this robot quickly became a member of the family, receiving Sawai's surname. But unfortunately, the world wasn't yet ready to accept robots. The aggressive groups of people, filled with fears and prejudice, destroyed Miaki and drove Professor Sawai to commit suicide.
