Nikaidou Kumiko

She is one of the protegees of Shuichiro Ayukawa, the general manager of the Ayukawa Group, a fixer who is said to still have tremendous influence over huge corporations throughout the country even in his old age.

With huge capital and threats, she forced a medium-sized food processing company, where the main character works, to give up its CEO position.
In accordance with the distorted imperialism that he had been drilled into her, she dragged down rival companies, slashed compensation for employees, and forced them to work beyond their limits, and in just a few years, the company recovered and developed to the point where it was considered a major corporation.

However, the dissatisfaction and fatigue of the protagonists and other employees working for the company that has become such a black company steadily accumulates. Furthermore, Kumiko Nikaidou's unmanageable behavior and mindless abusive language erodes the hearts and minds of the employees.

One day, a problem involving foreign substances occurs at the food processing plant where the protagonist is in charge. Kumiko Nikaidou is summoned to the president's office as the person responsible for the enormous loss to the company, and she looks at the protagonist as if she were looking at trash.
