The youngest of the three Mikado daughters, she is home-schooled and has never ventured beyond the mountain grounds. An avid bibliophile who has read through all of the contents of the Mikado clan library collection. She's also interested in fortune telling and astronomy, the observatory with its giant telescope within the mountain is a favourite haunt of hers.

Another product of the incestuous union between Heizo and Fumika, she was the older surviving twin while her younger brother was stillborn. She is the current Miko (神子) able to commune with the Gods through dreams. Ririka is forbidden to leave Yugoshi mountain as her powers are lost once she leaves the territory; as a result she's extremely curious about the outside world and treasures company from the outside world. Heizo frequently uses her for seances to divine the future, but she has no memory of these nocturnal events afterwards.
