The "twin" brother of Oki Ardana. He is considered a cheerful and friendly person by most people, preferring to go do his hobbies than actually work. He surfs on his free time and is a free spirit. He loves teasing Oki about their resemblance to each other and is proud to be his "twin".

The more lively of the twins. He likes to talk a lot. Unlike his brother, he is friendly and goofy but still follows the orders given his job description. Though friendly, not much is known about him other than his love for surfing. He can often be seen at the beach catching some waves. He likes his brother very much, but maybe more feelings will be revealed as Tomoki gets close to him.

In Full Service, his specialty is the Balinese massage style and his cooperative massage with Oki known as "Twin Massage". Oki and him are assigned to guard the mysterious VIP Room.
