Matsuyuki Kouji

Matsuyuki Kouji is the sole Chairman of Hakuou Academy. He also takes on the role of Headmaster to oversee it's day-to-day operations. The Chairman of Hakuou lives on a large estate that's connected to the academy, along with the student and teacher dormitories. He doesn't show himself around the school very often, but can be found on occasion in his Office in the academy.

He's reputed to be a man of character, and maintains said image, despite being harassed by the phantom thief that's been hounding his home.
